Experience in designing, execution, monitoring and evaluation and reporting of projects related to organic agriculture, biodiversity, climate change and food security; have experience working with multi-partner projects and diverse team; timely execution of project activities ensuring quality deliverables, along with good knowledge of financial planning, projection and tracking; expertise in value chain and micro-enterprises development; possess hands-on experience on quality assurance of coffee value chain sector; have good leadership and managerial skills as well as strong communication, coordination, networking and linkage skills within the team and among relevant stakeholders.
