The Strategy 2030 focuses on three strategic programmes to achieve three corresponding outcomes. Our organisational theory of change describes our strategic programmes, key impact areas, outcomes, and pathways. The Food and Nutrition Security programme will contribute towards strengthening resilient agri-food systems for food and nutrition security at the household level by improving farm productivity, diversity and access to locally grown, culturally important, safe and nutritious foods. The Biodiversity and Ecosystem Health programme will work at the community and landscape levels focusing on improving ecosystem services through the restoration and sustainable management of degraded critical landscapes for resilient livelihoods. The Climate Action programme will strengthen climate risk-informed activity planning to enhance the adaptive and risk management capacities of climate-vulnerable communities.
