Has experience in working on value chain development of fruits and vegetable projects by KOIKA. Possess skills in designing and conducting action research on varietal trials, climate change adaptation measures, and also been working on building CAV villages. Has a good understanding of the KAP of pesticide use in Nepal. Acquired knowledge on conservation ecology, agroecological practices, including agrobiodiversity management. Has good interpersonal skills. Good at documentation of activities, report writing. Has gained some experience on nutrition of marginal communities through close collaboration with the health sector of municipalities while conducting nutrition school.
