Laxman Khatri
Programme Operations Director
Laxman Khatri holds Masters in International Horticulture and Molecular Plant Pathology from the University of Hanover and University of Goettingen, Germany and has over a decade of work experience in the development sector. Mr. Khatri is currently working as Programme Operations Director in LI-BIRD and is responsible for coordinating the overall programme portfolio. He has extensive experience in project designing, programme planning and implementation of several climate change and livelihoods related projects. He has expertise in climate-resilient agriculture, climate-smart village, value chain of high-value agriculture commodities. He possesses skills on baseline study and action research, data analysis using several statistical tools, report writing and programme design. He has experience of working with multi-projects managing a multi-disciplinary team.
