Possesses extensive expertise across agriculture, natural resource management, livelihood relief and recovery, climate change adaptation, local innovation, agricultural value chain development, and post-harvest management of fruit, vegetable, and cereal crops. Brings substantial experience in organisational leadership, cooperative development and engagement with the private sector. Has a proven track record in strengthening organisational capacity, conducting socio-economic and technical monitoring and evaluation of rural development projects, and designing comprehensive M&E frameworks for project performance monitoring and impact assessment.
