An experienced agriculture and rural development professional with a strong background in programme management, capacity building, community mobilisation, and institutional development. Demonstrates extensive expertise in designing and implementing development initiatives, conducting social research and needs assessments, and strengthening community organisations to promote sustainable livelihoods, food security, and nutrition outcomes. Brings substantial experience in the agricultural sector, complemented by over a decade of leadership and social service experience through Lions, with extensive engagement across the private sector, entrepreneurs, professionals, civil society, and development networks. Proven expertise in financial oversight, budget management, governance, accountability, and resource stewardship within non-profit, private sector, and community-based institutions.
