Request for Quotation (RfQ)

LI-BIRD has been implementing a project entitled “Scaling Up Climate Resilient Agriculture for Sustainable Livelihood of Smallholder Farmers in Nepal Phase 3 (CRA III)” with funding support from Bread for the World (BftW), Germany. The project requires following quantity of Solar Dryer:

LI-BIRD requests to all the authorized suppliers to submit quotation for the supply of aforementioned quantity of Solar Dryer latest by 9 September 2025 (Tuesday) via email to procurement@libird.org. The rate quoted should be net including all applicable taxes. The quotation must accompany the following documents:

         2. PAN/VAT Certificate
         3. Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
         4. Detail Specification of the items quoted for.

The Solar Dryer should be delivered at LI-BIRD HQ Office within the specified delivery time. LI-BIRD requests all the authorized suppliers to quote the rate for the delivery of the items to the site separately, if any.
