Local Initiatives for Biodiversity, Research and Development (LI-BIRD) has been implementing a project entitled “Scaling Up Climate Resilient Agriculture for Sustainable Livelihood of Smallholder Farmers in Nepal (CRA-III)” with funding support from Bread for the World (BftW), Germany. The project requires following quantities of vegetable seeds:

LI-BIRD requests to all the authorized suppliers to submit quotation for the supply of aforementioned quantities of Vegetable Seeds. The rate quoted should be net, including all applicable taxes. The quotation must accompany the following documents and should be submitted latest by COB 5:00 PM, 3 June 2026 (Friday):
- Company Registration Certificate
- Company Renewal Certificate
- PAN/VAT Certificate
- Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
All seeds must meet the following minimum standards:

- Germination Percentage: > 70%
- Purity Percentage: > 97%
- Moisture Content: 8% to 12%
- Seeds must be delivered in moisture-proof bags to protect seed viability during transport and storage.
- Each packet must be clearly labeled with: Lot Number, Purity Percentage, Germination Percentage, Moisture Percentage, Date of Test, and Net Weight for each delivery location.

The Vegetable Seeds should be delivered at LI-BIRD PCO Office in Sanepa, Lalitpur and LI-BIRD Site Office at Patthar, Annpaurna-3, Kaski within the specified delivery time. LI-BIRD requests all the authorized suppliers to quote the rate for the delivery of the items to the site separately, if any.
Note: The details of the quantity per item to be delivered at the above-mentioned locations shall be shared while issuing the PO.
