LI-BIRD has been implementing a project entitled “Scaling Up Climate Resilient Agriculture for Sustainable Livelihood of Smallholder Farmers in Nepal (CRA-III)” with funding support from Bread for the World (BftW), Germany. The project is planning for a supply and installation of Polycarbonate Solar Dryer. The details are:

LI-BIRD requests to all the authorized suppliers to submit quotation for the supply and installation of the Polycarbonate Solar Dryer latest by 12 August 2026 (Wednesday) via email to procurement@libird.org. The rate quoted should be:

- Inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Valid for a minimum period of 30 days from the quotation submission deadline

The quotation must accompany the following documents:

- Company Registration Certificate
- Company Renewal Certificate
- PAN/VAT Certificate
- Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
- Product brochure and photographs of the proposed polycarbonate solar dryer
- Warranty information and after-sales service details

The supplier shall be responsible for the complete supply, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of the Polycarbonate Solar Dryer at Maramche, Annapurna Rural Municipality-3, Kaski within the stipulated delivery period. The quoted price shall include all costs related to materials, accessories, labor, transportation, installation, and any other expenses necessary for the successful handover of a fully operational system.
Please note that the quotation can be rejected or the contract terminated if the contract arrangement or the implementation of the contract involves bribery or corresponding unlawful activity (including bribing a foreign public official).
