Request for Quotation (RfQ)

 

Local Initiatives for Biodiversity, Research and Development (I-BIRD) has been implementing a project entitled “Scaling Up Climate Resilient Agriculture for Sustainable Livelihood of Smallholder Farmers in Nepal (CRA-III)” with funding support from Bread for the World (BftW), Germany. The project requires following quantities of Fruit Saplings:

LI-BIRD requests to all the authorized suppliers to submit quotation for the supply of aforementioned quantities of Saplings. The rate quoted should be net, including all applicable taxes. The quotation must accompany the following documents and should be submitted latest by COB 5:00 PM, 3 June 2026 (Friday):

      1.      Company Registration Certificate
      2.      Company Renewal Certificate
      3.      PAN/VAT Certificate
      4.      Latest Tax Clearance Certificate

The Saplings should be delivered at LI-BIRD HQ Office, Ranipauwa, Pokhara, Kaski within the specified delivery time. LI-BIRD requests all the authorized suppliers to quote the rate for the delivery of the items to the site separately, if any.
