Local Initiatives for Biodiversity, Research and Development (LI-BIRD) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established in October 1995 with its Head Office in Pokhara and Programme Coordination Office in Lalitpur. LI-BIRD is committed to capitalizing on local resources, innovations and institutions for the sustainable management of natural resources and building resilience to climate change for improving the livelihoods of target beneficiaries, which includes smallholder farmers, particularly women in Nepal.

LI-BIRD has been implementing a project entitled “Scaling Up Climate Resilient Agriculture for Sustainable Livelihood of Smallholder Farmers in Nepal (CRA-III)” with funding support from Bread for the World (BftW), Germany and DKA Austria. The project requires following quantities of Flipchart:

LI-BIRD requests to all the authorized suppliers to submit quotation for the printing of aforementioned quantities of Flipcharts. The rate quoted should be net including all applicable taxes. The quotation must accompany the following documents and should be submitted latest by COB 5:00 PM, 20 February 2026 (Friday):

      1.      Company Registration Certificate
      2.      Company Renewal Certificate
      3.      PAN/VAT Certificate
      4.      Latest Tax Clearance Certificate

The Flipchart should be delivered at Ranipauwa, Pokhara, HQ within the specified delivery time. LI-BIRD requests all the authorized suppliers to quote the rate for the delivery of the items to the site separately, if any.
