Request for Quotation (RfQ)
LI-BIRD has been implementing a project entitled “Scaling Up Climate Resilient Agriculture for Sustainable Livelihood of Smallholder Farmers in Nepal Phase 3 (CRA III)” with funding support from Bread for the World (BftW), Germany. The project requires following quantities of Agri Inputs:

LI-BIRD requests to all the authorized suppliers to submit quotation for the supply of aforementioned quantities of Agri Inputs latest by 22 July 2025 (Tuesday) via email to procurement@libird.org. The rate quoted should be net including all applicable taxes. The quotation must accompany the following documents:

- Company Registration Certificate
- PAN/VAT Certificate
- Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
- Detail Specification of the items quoted for.

The seeds should be delivered at our Head Office at Ranipauwa, Pokhara, Kaski within the specified delivery time. LI-BIRD requests all the authorized suppliers to quote the rate for the delivery of the items to the site separately, if any.
