Local Initiatives for Biodiversity, Research and Development (LI-BIRD) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established in October 1995 with its Head Office in Pokhara and Programme Coordination Office in Lalitpur. LI-BIRD is committed to capitalizing on local resources, innovations and institutions for the sustainable management of natural resources and building resilience to climate change for improving the livelihoods of target beneficiaries, which includes smallholder farmers, particularly women in Nepal.

LI-BIRD has been implementing a project entitled “Scaling Up Climate Resilient Agriculture for Sustainable Livelihood of Smallholder Farmers in Nepal (CRA-III)” with funding support from Bread for the World (BftW), Germany. The project requires following quantities of Agri Inputs:

LI-BIRD request all the authorized suppliers to submit the hardcopy of the sealed quotation for the aforementioned quantities of Agri Inputs at either of the following two locations by or before 5:00 PM, 16 February 2026 (Monday).

The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all the applicable taxes and transportation cost upto LI-BIRD PCO (50 Hermetic Bags and 100 Farm Rakes) and LI-BIRD HQ (all remaining items). Also state delivery timeline in days after the issuance of purchase order in the quotation.
