Request for Quotation (RfQ)

LI-BIRD has been implementing a project entitled “Scaling Up Climate Resilient Agriculture for Sustainable Livelihood of Smallholder Farmers in Nepal (CRA II)” with funding support from Bread for the World (BftW), Germany. The project requires following quantities of Millet Threshers:

LI-BIRD requests to all the authorized suppliers to submit quotation for the supply of aforementioned quantities of Millet Thresher. The rate quoted should be net including all applicable taxes. The quotation must accompany the following documents and should be submitted latest by COB 5:00 PM, 1 September 2025 (Monday):

1. 1. 1. 1.      Company Registration Certificate
         2.      Company Renewal Certificate
         3.      PAN/VAT Certificate
         4.      Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
         5.      Picture of the items quoted for

The Millet Thresher should be delivered at our Programme Coordination Office (PCO) at Sanepa-2, Lalitpur within the specified delivery time.
