Expression of Interest (EoI)

Local Initiatives for Biodiversity, Research and Development (LI-BIRD) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established in October 1995 with its Head Office in Pokhara and Programme Coordination Office in Lalitpur. LI-BIRD is committed to capitalizing on local resources, innovations and institutions for the sustainable management of natural resources and building resilience to climate change for improving the livelihoods of target beneficiaries that includes smallholder farmers particularly women in Nepal.

LI-BIRD is in the process of updating its database of eligible suppliers, vendors, and consultants for fiscal year 2083/84. LI-BIRD invites expression of interest (EoI) from eligible and interested suppliers, vendors, firms, and individual consultant/consultancy firms/companies for the fiscal year 2083/84 to update its roster.

Interested applicants can download the quotation/proposal submission forms from the vendor registration link provided below. Note that different categories have different forms, which will be accessible only upon selecting the relevant goods or services category. Access to these forms will be granted exclusively to applicants who have expressed interest in the framework agreement.

Submission Details

Interested vendors or individuals are encouraged to submit their Expression of Interest (EoI) by filling the relevant forms for each category through the link provided above by or before 3 July 2026.

Note that Vendor Registration does not guarantee any business without competition. LI-BIRD reserves the right to accept or reject any vendor without providing any justification. Only accepted vendors will be notified via email. Telephone inquiries will not be entertained.
