Request for Quotation (RfQ)

LI-BIRD has been implementing a project entitled “Scaling Up Climate Resilient Agriculture for Sustainable Livelihood of Smallholder Farmers in Nepal (CRA III)” with funding support from Bread for the World (BftW), Germany. The project requires following quantities of Bee Hive with Bees:

LI-BIRD requests to all the authorized suppliers to submit quotation for the supply of aforementioned quantities of Bee Hive with Bees. The rate quoted should be net including all applicable taxes. The quotation must accompany the following documents and should be submitted latest by COB 5:00 PM, 16 January 2026 (Friday):

1. 1.      Company Registration Certificate
   2.      Company Renewal Certificate
   3.      PAN/VAT Certificate
   4.      Latest Tax Clearance Certificate

The Bee Hives with Bees should be delivered at Annapurna Rural Municipality, Ward no. 3 and 4 of Kaski district within the specified delivery time. LI-BIRD requests all the authorized suppliers to quote the rate for the delivery of the items to the site separately, if any.
