LI-BIRD has been implementing a project entitled “Scaling Up Climate Resilient Agriculture for Sustainable Livelihood of Smallholder Farmers in Nepal (CRA-III)” with funding support from Bread for the World (BftW), Germany. The project requires following quantities of Bag Packs:

Multiple internal organizer pockets for stationery, chargers, mobile phones and personal items. Front zippered utility pockets. Side pockets on both sides for water bottles and small accessories. Integrated or detachable waterproof rain cover stored in a dedicated compartment and matching the backpack size. Zippers & Pullers: Heavy-duty nylon coil zippers with anti-rust pullers. Stitch: Double-stitched stress points for enhanced durability. Branding: Logo and project name to be printed in multicolor using screen printing, heat transfer printing. Printing shall withstand normal use without peeling, cracking or fading. Warranty: minimum 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects related to stitching, zippers, fabric and accessories. LI-BIRD requests to all the authorized suppliers to submit quotation for the supply of aforementioned quantities of Bag Packs. The rate quoted should be net, including all applicable taxes. The quotation must accompany the following documents and should be submitted latest by COB 5:00 PM, 28 July 2026 (Tuesday):

1. 1. Company Registration Certificate
   2. Company Renewal Certificate
   3. PAN/VAT Certificate
   4. Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
   5. Detail specification of the items along with the design of the bag you have quoted for.

The Bag Packs should be delivered at LI-BIRD HQ Office, Ranipauwa, Pokhara, Kaski within the specified delivery time. LI-BIRD requests all the authorized suppliers to quote the rate for the delivery of the items to the site separately, if any.
