Request for Quotation (RfQ)

LI-BIRD has been implementing a project entitled “Scaling Up Climate Resilient Agriculture for Sustainable Livelihood of Smallholder Farmers in Nepal (CRA-III)” with funding support from Bread for the World (BftW), Germany. The project requires following quantities of Goats:

1	Goat	The goat shall be healthy, active, disease-free and in good physical condition fully capable of reproduction Gender: Female Breed: Khari Crossbreed (they should posses the characteristics traits of Khari Crossbreeds and be suitable for local agro-climatic conditions. Weight: 15 to 20 Kg per Goat Age: At least six months completed The goat shall be vaccinated against PPR. The vendor shall provide vaccination records for PPR or basic animal health certification issued by a qualified veterinarian or recognized livestock service provider)	No	10	25 August 2026

LI-BIRD requests to all the authorized suppliers to submit quotation for the supply of aforementioned quantities of Goats latest by 30 July 2026 (Thursday) via email to procurement@libird.org. The rate quoted should be net including all applicable taxes. The quotation must accompany the following documents:

         2. Company Renewal Certificate
         3. PAN/VAT Certificate
         4. Latest Tax Clearance Certificate

Goats should be delivered at Pingdanda, Sindhupalchwok with the specified delivery time. LI-BIRD requests all the authorized suppliers to quote the rate for the delivery of the items to the site separately, if any.

Please note that the quotation can be rejected and a contract terminated if any corrupt practices are connected with the award or implementation of the contract.
