Local Initiatives for Biodiversity, Research and Development (LI-BIRD) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established in October 1995 with its Head Office in Pokhara and Programme Coordination Office in Lalitpur. LI-BIRD is committed to capitalizing on local resources, innovations and institutions for the sustainable management of natural resources and building resilience to climate change for improving the livelihoods of target beneficiaries, which includes smallholder farmers, particularly women in Nepal.
LI-BIRD has been implementing a project entitled “Scaling Up Climate Resilient Agriculture for Sustainable Livelihood of Smallholder Farmers in Nepal (CRA-III)” with funding support from Bread for the World (BftW), Germany. The project requires following quantities of Tunnel Plastic:

LI-BIRD requests to all the authorized suppliers to submit quotation for the supply of aforementioned quantities of Tunnel Plastic. The rate quoted should be net including all applicable taxes. The quotation must accompany the following documents and should be submitted latest by COB 5:00 PM, 13 April 2026 (Monday):

- PAN/VAT Certificate
- Latest Tax Clearance Certificate

The Tunnel Plastic should be delivered at LI-BIRD PCO, Sanepa, Lalitpur within the specified delivery time. LI-BIRD requests all the authorized suppliers to quote the rate for the delivery of the items to the site separately, if any.
