Request for Quotation (RfQ)

LI-BIRD has been implementing a project entitled “Scaling Up Climate Resilient Agriculture for Sustainable Livelihood of Smallholder Farmers in Nepal Phase 3 (CRA III)” with funding support from Bread for the World (BftW), Germany. The project requires following quantitiy of Mini Tiller:

LI-BIRD requests to all the authorized suppliers to submit quotation for the supply of aforementioned quantity of Mini Tiller latest by 26 August 2025 (Tuesday) via email to procurement@libird.org. The rate quoted should be net including all applicable taxes. The quotation must accompany the following documents:

1. 1. 1. 1. Company Registration Certificate
         2. PAN/VAT Certificate
         3. Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
         4. Detail Specification of the items quoted for.

The Mini Tiller should be delivered at Sarketari, Pheikhola, Syangja within the specified delivery time. LI-BIRD requests all the authorized suppliers to quote the rate for the delivery of the items to the site separately, if any.
