Experience in rural livelihood generation, food security, climate resilient agriculture practices especially in Climate Field School, Value chain of high value crops, Agroecological practices and Nature based solutions, home garden management, Integrated Pest Management, WASH & Sanitation. Resource leverage, social mobilization and team building. Coordination and collaboration with Governmental and non-governmental agencies including local stakeholders. Program management, implementation and technical backstopping to the agriculture technician to implement the field level activities to the marginalized community.
