Request for Quotation (RfQ)
LI-BIRD has been implementing a project entitled “Scaling Up Climate Resilient Agriculture for Sustainable Livelihood of Smallholder Farmers in Nepal (CRA) Phase II” with funding support from Bread for the World (BftW), Germany. The project requires following quantities of Agriculture Lime:

LI-BIRD requests to all the authorized suppliers to submit quotation for the supply of aforementioned quantities of Agriculture Lime. The rate quoted should be net including all applicable taxes. The quotation must accompany the following documents and should be submitted latest by COB 5:00 PM, 22 February 2022 (Tuesday):
- Company Registration Certificate
- Company Renewal Certificate
- PAN/VAT Certificate
- Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
- Picture or document stating the specification of Agriculture Lime.
The aforementioned items should be delivered at our Head Office at Gairapatan-4, Pokhara, Kaski within the specified delivery time. LI-BIRD requests all the authorized suppliers to quote the rate for the delivery of the items to the site separately if any.
