We have a team of well-experienced professional staff in the disciplines encompassed by our programme focus areas. Many of the professional staff have has training overseas. The professional staff are assisted by a team of well-qualified support staff including field staff based in various projects in many districts of Nepal. Currently, we have 98 staffs 39% of which are in the professional cadre and 61% support staffs .Overall, more than 28% of our staff is female and nearly 63% of the staff is field based. The staff is of diverse origin: we represent over 15 ethnic groups/castes from many parts of Nepal.
