Scaling up of Climate Resilient Agriculture (CRA) for sustainable livelihood of smallholder farmers in Nepal is a ‘Bread for the World’ supported project, implemented by LI-BIRD in Sindhupalchowk  and Kaski district from October 2018 to September 2021.

Job Summary:  The MEO will be responsible to lead the overall functions of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) of the CRA project to ensure quality delivery by contributing for achieving project objectives, goals and outcomes.

MEO’s duties include: establishing the baseline; collection, field verification and compilation of data; outcome documentation and reporting; database management; building staffs capacity on M&E systems; and building relationship with staffs, partners and stakeholders.

Education and Experience: Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics, Resource Management, Environmental Economics and any other relevant subjects with 3 years of work experience in monitoring, evaluation and reporting of projects and programmes.
