The interested supplier must comply with the following terms and conditions while submitting the quotation:

  1. Interested suppliers are requested to quote the price on per unit basis for the required vegetable seeds. 
  2. The rate quoted should be net including all costs and delivery at the location mentioned by LI-BIRD. 
  3. Different variety of vegetables seeds should be packed individually and labeled.
  4. Safe packaging in larger quantity for transportation and storage purpose is must.

LI-BIRD requests to all the authorized suppliers to submit quotation for the supply of aforementioned quantities of vegetable seeds. The rate quoted should be net including all applicable taxes. The quotation must accompany the following documents and should be submitted latest by COB 5:00 PM, 29 May 2022 (Sunday):

  1. Company Registration Certificate
  2. Company Renewal Certificate
  3. PAN/VAT Certificate
  4. Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
  5. Any other relevant documents, if any.

The aforementioned items should be delivered at our Program Coordination Office at Sanepa, Lalitpur within the specified delivery time. LI-BIRD requests all the authorized suppliers to quote the rate for the delivery of the items to the site separately, if any.
